RE:  KL COURT - CASE MANAGEMENT

 

Dear Members Of the Bar,



A notification from KL Court was issued which states the following:-



	* with effect from 12.2.2014, KL Courts will no longer endorse the date

of Case Management on the Writ.



	* Instead, to obtain the Case Management date for Writs which are filed

after 12.2.2014, members are to refer to the Cause List section in the

e-filing portal (http://efiling.kehakiman.gov.my [1]) when extracting

the Writ.
