Dear Members and Pupils of the Selangor Bar,


The Selangor Bar Committee is delighted to update members and pupils in chambers that we have collaborated with the Sungai Long Private Hospital for Booster Vaccination Jabs (Pfizer) to be provided free of charge, to all Selangor Bar members, pupils in chambers, staff and family members.


Those who wish to register for the booster vaccination jab, kindly follow the steps below:

2.    Download & print the Consent Form


3.    Details to be filled up without signature – Consent form


4.    The vaccination date & time will be updated through your MySejahtera Application  


5.    Please bring the Consent form on the day of the vaccination to the vaccination centre


Members are advised to comply strictly with the stipulated time slot to ensure smooth flow of the vaccination programme.
