Dear Members & Pupils of the Selangor Bar,


Further to our circular No: SBC/CIR/059/2020 dated 2nd June, 2020 the Selangor Bar Committee  has had continuous discussions with Pengarah Pejabat Tanah & Galian Negeri Selangor (“PTG Selangor”) on the exclusion of the SD requirement for the presentation at the Land Office. 


Please be advised that the SD is NO LONGER a requirement effective tomorrow 12/6/2020.


Please take note that the Selangor Bar is currently in discussion with the PTGS to resolve other relevant issues.
