Request for Feedback on Issues Relating to Criminal High Courts, Civil High Courts and Lower Courts | Meeting with the Managing Judge of the Selangor Courts

Dear Members of the Selangor,

The Selangor Bar Committee will be meeting the Managing Judge of the Selangor Courts (Criminal High Courts, Civil High Courts and Lower Courts) to discuss matters relating to legal practice at all Selangor Courts soon.

In order to raise and discuss solutions to problems affecting legal practice, we request Members to provide feedback on issues relating to Criminal High Courts, Civil High Courts and Lower Courts. The Selangor Bar Committee will discuss the feedback obtained, and collate the issues to be raised at the said meeting.

The Selangor Bar Committee maintains a policy of privacy and confidentiality of the firms and practitioners raising such practice issues with the courts.
