To Members of The Selangor Bar,



The  Selangor Bar Committee is scheduled to have a meeting with the Chief Police Officer (CPO) of Selangor on 29th November, 2017 to discuss matters relating to legal practice.



In  order to have a meaningful and effective dialogue, we request Members to  provide feedback on issues and difficulties faced such as issues with Investigating Officers (I.O.s), Remand, etc.



The Selangor Bar Committee maintains a policy  of privacy and confidentiality of the firms and practitioners raising  such practice issues to be raised with the relevant authorities.



The Committee will deliberate on  all feedback received, and collate the issues to be raised at the said meeting.
