Job Description: -
- To handle sub-sale, loan(including company loan), and other conveyancing matters.
- Preparing and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing and loan documentation from the initial stage until the completion stage.
- Responsible to liaise with clients, bankers/agents, and various government bodies.

Job Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, CLP, or Bar finals for Conveyancing Lawyer with a minimum of at least two (2) years of legal practice
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and drafting skills on the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
- Responsible, committed, and able to work independently
