Job Description :
1) Corporate Lawyer
- 4 - 5 years experience or more in handling corporate & commercial matters - advisory, transactions, incorporation, reconstructing, dealings
- Able to handle corporate files, business agreements & drafting agreements
- Well verse in Companies Act & Corporate Governance
2) Conveyancing Lawyer
- Able to draft Sub-sale Agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement & Lease Agreement independently
- Familiar with banking documentations
- Fluent in English and BM is a must
- At least 2 - 3 years experience and above in conveyancing line
Qualification & Requirements :
- Candidate who are able to speak Mandarin would be given priority
- Good command in English is a must
- Able to work independently, meticulous and diligent
- Highly motivated, hardworking and talented individuals
- A good team player, good interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, good-co-ordination and follow-up skills
- Able to work with deadlines and independently
