Job Description
- Drafting agreements such as Sale & Purchase Agreements (Sub-Sales & Developer sales), Loan
Agreement, Discharge, Perfection of Transfer & Charge and other conveyancing matters.
- Conducting due diligence to ensure properties comply with legal requirements.
- Liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents and various government bodies.
- Monitoring and updating file status.
- Resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
- Taking on additional tasks as assigned by the firm.

Qualifications And Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified practicing certificates or equivalent.
- Has experience in conveyancing matters is required for this position.
- Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and writing skills both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess own transport, be willing to travel and able to attend to ad-hoc matters;
- Interested in being exposed to all areas of the law;
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude;
- Ready to join immediately
