Senior Conveyancing Lawyer
- Handle all aspects of conveyancing work, including sub-sale, developer projects, loan documentation, and related matters up to completion independently.
- Able to Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound advice to clients.

Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
- Manage a full caseload of conveyancing transactions efficiently and effectively.
- Draft, review, vet, and negotiate Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) for both primary project sales and secondary sub-sale transactions.
- Prepare and peruse legal documentation for commercial and consumer loan facilities (e.g. facility agreements, security documents like charges, assignments).
- Conduct due diligence, including pre-contract searches (e.g. land search, bankruptcy, caveat) and strata title checks.
- Liaise with various stakeholders including developers, financial institutions, real estate agents, and government departments (e.g. Land Office, Inland Revenue Board for stamping).
- Provide clear, timely, and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and files are compliant with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed of their transaction's progress.

Requirement

Senior Conveyancing Lawyer
- Qualified Advocate & Solicitor admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
- Minimum 5 years of conveyancing experience.
- Extensive experience in handling developer projects and sub-sale transactions.
- Able to independently manage complex conveyancing matters and supervise junior staff.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to liaise with clients and contribute to business development.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Responsible, proactive, and a strong team leader.

Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
- Qualified Advocate & Solicitor admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
- Experience in handling developer projects and sub-sale transactions.
- Able to manage conveyancing files with minimal supervision.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Responsible, meticulous, and a team player.
