Dear Members,



Selangor Bar Social, Charity and Welfare Sub Committee would like to remind you of the availability of the ‘Law Care’ a benevolent fund to afford financial assistance to the Beneficiaries (as defined under the ‘Malaysian Bar Law Care Rules’) of our departed members.



The total aggregate amount of any gratification in respect of any one beneficiary shall not exceed RM25,000/- unless, the Bar Council in special circumstances decides otherwise.



All applications for financial assistance under Law Care must be made by submitting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Bar Council, a completed prescribed forms accompanied by all required supporting document, these forms are all available at Bar Council.
