Court Liaison Committee, Bar Council takes concern about instances where there are strict instructions given by court that Substituted Services is to be done by way of publication only in certain Newspaper ie : New Straits Times or Utusan Malaysian.



Selangor Bar Committee is tasked to gather any feedback in relation to such practice in Selangor courts.
