UPDATES AND  GUIDELINES: 



To All Selangor Bar Members,



The Selangor Bar Conveyancing Practice & SRE Committee had a follow up meeting with the Pejabat Tanah dan Galian Selangor, Bahagian Pendaftaran Hakmilik  on 16th April, 2014 and the following issues were agreed upon.



1-Kindly take note of the following requirements when attending to matters at Bahagian Pendaftaran Hakmilik and it will be effective from 1st May 2014.



Photocopy of NRIC

For presentations at the land office, photocopies of the NRIC (front and back) must be slightly enlarged, clear and on a single page. In the event that the NRIC is damaged, unreadable or faulty, JPN search is required for verification.



2-Queue Ticket Number for Presentations and Land Searches



The PTGS will now issue queue-up ticket numbers in three separate sessions, 50 tickets per session, which are as follows:

i.	8:30 am to 9:15 am

ii.	11:00 am to 12:15pm

iii.	2:00 pm to 2:45 pm
