RE:  SURVEY-WHETHER ALL CONTESTED BANKRUPTCY MATTERS IN THE SHAH ALAM

HIGH COURT TO BE HEARD IN THE AFTERNOONS AFTER 2.00 P.M.?

It has been suggested that a proposal be submitted to the Court to have ALL contested bankruptcy matters in Shah Alam High Court be heard in the afternoons after 2.00 pm.



This is an important issue which affects all of us. Hence we seek your views.
