Continuing Legal Education(CLE) Report : Seminar - A Briefing On The Rules Of Court 2012
The CLE Sub-Committee organised a 'Briefing on The Rules Of Court 2012', on 19th July, 2012 to educate members on the substantive changes made to the Rules of Court 2012 which will replace the Rules of the High Court 1980 and the Subordinate Courts Rules 1980 on 1 August 2012.
The said briefing was given by Mr Kanarasan Ghandinesen from Messrs Ghandi, Mr A Vishnu Kumar from Rajpal, Firah & Vishnu and Ms Wee Su Lin from Messrs. Yusuf Khan & Fong. A total of 75 participants consisting of chambering pupils and members attended the briefing.
