Dear Members of The Bar,

As requested by Bar Council, Selangor Bar is to submit a list of applications of members to be assigned as counsel for capital cases.

We have received guidelines(attached) from the Office of the Chief Registrar of the Federal Court with some changes to the FORM 1A (attached), which must be completed by those who wish to apply.

The Selangor Bar will vet all applications and then submit the final list to the Bar Council so that it will expedite the selection process.
